Grieve with hope because this world is not our home!
1.Anticipate glory in heaven

Heaven’s glory is incomprehensible and incomparable! (Romans 8:18, 1 Corinthians 2:9)

Can you imagine God’s glory?

It truly is a “better place.” (Revelation 21:1-7)

The best part about heaven is that Jesus is there! (John 14:3, 1 Thessalonians 4:17)

2.Realize agony in hell

Hell is a place of torment, not a party.

Hell ought to trouble us greatly! (Romans 9:2-3)

No one in hell wants your company (Luke 16:27-28)

Trust that God is a just Judge (Genesis 18:25)

Treasure God’s mercy on you (Ephesians 2:4-5)

Await the comfort and joy of God’s presence (Revelation 21:4)

3.Expect pain while here

Pain signifies an underlying problem!

Sin contaminated this world and gave everything in it an expiration date.

This world groans in wait for restoration at the coming of our Savior.

God hates death and will defeat this enemy! (1 Corinthians 15:26)
